OVERVIEW:
The Barber of Choix + has been a place where the client experience is our highest mission we strive to go beyond their expectations. We connect with each client and strive to make the entirety of his or her visit spectacular. In addition to delivering an amazing client experience, our technicians are experts in the latest styles and trends.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide a positive, luxury experience for all clients;
- Perform design services following the Choix way
- Demonstrate confidence, competence and professionalism;
- Develop client relationships to retain and expand business;
- Meet or exceed set goals that include average ticket, pre-booking, product sales and retention;
- Increase occupancy through consistent delivery of service and product knowledge;
- Assist in supporting salon operations such as front desk, dispensary or fellow technician support when necessary;
- Attend education seminars, classes and virtual training;
- Adhere to compliance regulations for all Federal and State guidelines related to professional licensing practices and procedures;
- Maintains cleanliness standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience appreciated but not required (We will train you);
- Valid Arizona state Barber and/or Cosmetology license;
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
As part of our standard hiring process for new employees, employment with the Barber of Choix + will be contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
